"Pretty pendant, but the chain didn’t last"
I really loved the pendant when I got it, it’s cute and exactly the style I wanted. But after only a few wears, the chain snapped, which was disappointing for the price. I expected it to hold up better. Customer service was okay, but the whole thing felt a bit impersonal, like I was just another ticket number instead of someone who had an actual issue with something they bought.

"Pretty, but just not comfortable for me"
I really liked the way the jewellery looked when it arrived, and at first I was excited to wear it. But after a few hours, the bracelet started feeling stiff and kept rubbing against my wrist, so it wasn’t very comfortable for me.
I kind of felt passed around by the whole experience because it looked like something I’d love, but actually wearing it was a letdown. Maybe it works better for someone else, but for the price, I expected it to feel nicer, and now I barely reach for it.

"Fast delivery, tracking was a little weird"
I ordered a bracelet and it got here faster than I thought it would, so that was a nice surprise. The tracking was kind of confusing though, like it barely updated at first and I wasn’t really sure what day it was coming. But then, out of nowhere, it showed up the next day. The bracelet arrived fine and I’m happy with how quick the shipping was overall. I’d order again, I just wish the tracking was a bit more reliable

I’ve been wearing this pretty much every day, and I’m impressed that there’s still no fading at all. It’s been holding up better than I expected. Nothing over-the-top, just a solid piece that seems to last.

"Pretty jewellery, but the processing took too long"
I really do like the jewellery, but the order processing was slower than I expected. I’ve ordered jewellery online before and usually get some kind of update quickly, so it was frustrating seeing this one sit for days without much happening. I kept checking my email just to see if there was any progress. Once it finally shipped, the delivery itself was fine, but getting to that point was annoying. For the price, I expected the process to feel a bit quicker and more clear.

"Exchange worked out, but slower than I’d hoped"
I had to exchange a ring for a different size, and while it did get handled in the end, I was a little annoyed by how long it took. The instructions were clear enough and the email updates were helpful, so I wasn’t completely in the dark, but the whole process still dragged on a few days longer than I expected. The new size arrived fine and was nicely packed, so no complaints there. I’d probably use them again, but I really wish the exchange had been quicker

"Lovely bracelet, but felt a bit ignored"
I bought a bracelet from Monica Vinader the bracelet itself feels really solid. It doesn’t have that cheap feel at all, and even after wearing it quite a lot, it still looks good. The gold finish has held up way better than I expected. The only downside was that I felt a bit ignored when I had a question and didn’t get much of a response, which was frustrating. But the bracelet itself is beautiful and I’m still very happy with it.

The rewards are actually decent, tbh, I wasn’t expecting much at first, but then I started noticing I could rack them up faster than I thought. Not life-changing or anything, but for what it is, I’m happy with it.

"perfect fit and no return needed"
i ordered a ring from monica vinader and used their size guide, and it worked out really well. the ring fits just right, not tight at all, and it doesn’t slide or spin around on my finger. i was relieved because i really hate dealing with returns.

"Lovely everyday bracelet"
I picked up a bracelet from Monica Vinader and I’m happy with it. It feels well made, looks really nice on, and is easy to wear day to day without being too flashy. I do think the full price is a little steep, so I’d definitely say it’s better value if you can grab it on sale. The packaging was lovely and delivery was smooth too. Solid 4 stars from me.

"Beautiful designs, but a bit pricey"
I really do like the look of their jewellery, the designs are elegant and definitely have a nice style to them. That said, I have to be honest: the prices feel a little high for what you’re getting. Even the smaller pieces can add up quickly, and the sales don’t always bring them into a range I’d call affordable. Lovely pieces overall, just not quite in my budget right now

"Be careful before buying from Monica Vinader"
I used to feel confident buying from Monica Vinader, but after my experience, I don’t trust the brand like I did. For the prices they charge, I expected much better service and a lot more care when dealing with customers. Instead, it left me feeling like this isn’t a company I’d want to rely on. Just a heads up to anyone thinking of ordering from Monica Vinader, I’d be cautious. I won’t be buying from them again.

"Arrived quickly and in good shape"
My bracelet got to Germany in about a week, which was decent. The tracking updated along the way and the box arrived in good condition, not bashed up or anything. So yeah, all good really... no complaints.

"Warranty Experience Was Frustrating"
My bracelet broke after what I thought was just normal wear, so I figured the warranty would probably cover it. Maybe I misunderstood the terms, I’m not sure, but customer service just kept asking me for more photos and then eventually said it wasn’t covered without really explaining why. I kept wondering if I had missed something, but the whole back-and-forth over email went on for days and didn’t really get anywhere. For the price, I expected better support.
